Estes Bush Real Estate, LLC. is a boutique investment real estate brokerage company which serves clients throughout the Gulf South states. Our market knowledge, leadership ability and integrity are used to help each client in making sound real estate decisions. We are one of the state’s few AMO firms, which is an Accredited Management Organization, by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

• Estes Bush Real Estate, LLC. is one of the few firms in Mississippi to have been awarded the highly coveted designation of Accredited Management Organizations “ AMO” by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the only one which specializes in commercial & investment real estate.
• Our team has sold, managed and leased over 150 million dollars of commercial and investment real estate within the past 5 years.
• We have managed over four million square feet of commercial space within the past 5 years and currently manage sixteen properties with over one and a half million square feet of commercial space.
• Our investment brokers have experience in acquiring and selling a myriad of properties including, shopping centers, office buildings, single-tenant, net-leased, apartments, medical office, industrial and other income-producing properties.
• Our teams invest in real estate education and the property management team includes three Certified Property Managers (CPM) and the brokerage team has two Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).
